Reserve an appointment

Hello Dollz! A new policy is in place. By booking, you agree to all terms below:

Appointments & Guests

• NO extra guests allowed during your appointment

  (Kids appointments: 1 adult is permitted)

Late Policy

• 10-minute grace period

• After 10 minutes: $2 per minute late fee (added to total)

• After 30 minutes: Appointment will be canceled & deposit is forfeited

Deposits

• $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required immediately after booking

• NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cancel the appointment

Payments

• Cash preferred

• Card payments accepted with a $2 processing fee

• NO electronic payments

Wig Drop-Off

• Lace must be dropped off 72 hours prior to appointment

• Same-day/late drop-off (customization): $75 fee added

• Drop-off hours: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• NO T-part wigs or synthetic wigs accepted

Coloring

• Same-day coloring: $200+ (must be paid with deposit)

• No exceptions

Same-Day Appointments

• Additional $30 fee

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule within 72 hours to avoid losing deposit

• Deposits can be transferred ONCE only

Photos & Videos

• Photos/videos will be taken and may be used on social media

Early & After Hours

• Early Bird (7:00 AM – 9:30 AM): +$50

• After 8:00 PM: +$50
